摘要
以二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料,将环氧氯丙烷在酸性下的水解产物与二乙烯三胺反应合成羟胺页岩抑制剂。采用单因素法确定了适宜的合成条件,即:二乙烯三胺与环氧氯丙烷水解产物物质的量比为1∶2,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4 h。当页岩抑制剂的加量为1%时,具有较好的抑制性能。并且该页岩抑制剂对钻井液体系的流变性影响较小,与钻井液体系具有良好的配伍性,是一种性能优良的页岩抑制剂。
Hydroxylamineshale inhibitor was synthesized from diethylenetriamine and epichlorohydrin by subjecting the hydrolysate of epichlorohydrin obtained at acidic condition to reaction with diethylenetriamine. The optimum reaction conditions were determined with single factor method: the molar ratio of diethylenetriamine to epichlorohydrin hydrolysate is 1:2, the reaction temperature is 75 ℃, and the reaction time is 4 h. When the addition of shale inhibitor is 1%, good inhibition effect is achieved. This shale inhibitor has little effect on rheological property of the drilling fluid system, and is well compatible with the drilling fluid system, showing that it is a shale inhibitor of excellent performance.
