对接受鼻部手术的患者实施优质护理的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of high quality nursing for patients undergoing nasal surgery

目的:分析对接受鼻部手术的患者实施优质护理的临床效果。方法:本次研究的对象为乐山市市中区人民医院在2017年4月至2018年4月期间收治的86例需进行鼻部手术的患者。将其随机分为研究组与参照组。在对两组患者进行手术期间,对参照组患者实施常规护理,在此基础上对研究组患者实施优质护理。然后对比两组患者术后严重疼痛的发生率和对护理的总满意率。结果:研究组患者术后严重疼痛的发生率低于参照组患者,其对护理的总满意率高于参照组患者,P <0.05。结论:对接受鼻部手术的患者实施优质护理能够有效地减轻其术后疼痛的症状,提高其对护理的满意率。

objective: to analyze the clinical effect of quality nursing for patients undergoing nasal surgery. Methods: the objects of this study were 86 patients requiring nasal surgery admitted and treated by shizhong people’s hospital in leshan city from April 2017 to April 2018. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. In the two groups of patients during the operation, the reference group of patients to implement routine care, on this basis for the study group of patients to implement quality care. Then the incidence of severe postoperative pain and the total satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results: the incidence of severe postoperative pain in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that in the reference group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of quality nursing care for nasal surgery patients can effectively reduce the postoperative pain symptoms, improve their satisfaction rate of nursing.
