对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行DHS内固定术与PFNA内固定术的效果对比

To compare the effect of DHS internal fixation with PFNA internal fixation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur

目的:对比对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术与股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术的临床效果。方法:选择2010年1月至2018年8月期间成都市新都区人民医院骨科收治的100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者分为 Contrast组(n=50 )和Research组(n=50)。对Contrast组患者进行DHS内固定术,对Research组患者进行PFNA内固定术。然后,比较两组患者进行手术的时间、术中的出血量及术后并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,与Contrast组患者相比,Research组患者进行手术的时间更短,其术中的出血量更少,其术后并发症的发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:与进行DHS内固定术相比,对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行PFNA内固定术的临床效果更好,可有效地降低其术后并发症的发生率。

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of dynamic hip screw(DHS) internal fixation and proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail(PFNA internal fixation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods: 100 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to the department of orthopedics of xindu district people’s hospital of chengdu from January 2010 to August 2018 were selected as research objects. These 100 patients were divided into the Contrast group(n=50) and the Research group(n=50). DHS internal fixation was performed on patients in the Contrast group, and PFNA internal fixation was performed on patients in the Research group. Then, the duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, patients in the Research group had shorter operative time, less intraoperative blood loss and lower incidence of postoperative complications compared with those in the Contrast group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with DHS internal fixation, PFNA internal fixation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.
