理筋手法治疗网球肘的效果研讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨使用理筋手法治疗网球肘的效果。方法:将2017年1月至12月期间北京藏医院收治的32例网球肘患者随机分为治疗组(n=16和对照组(n=16)。为治疗组患者使用理筋手法进行治疗,为对照组患者使用局部封闭疗法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者患侧肘关节疼痛程度的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、患侧肘关节Mayo12点评分法的评分及治疗的效果。结果 :治疗后,治疗组患者患侧肘关节疼痛程度的VAS评分及患侧肘关节Mayo12点评分法的评分均低于对照组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :使用理筋手法治疗网球肘的效果显著,可减轻患者患侧肘关节疼痛的程度,提高其患侧肘关节的功能。 Objective: To explore the effect of tendon manipulation in the treatment of tennis elbow. Methods: 32 patients with tennis elbow admitted to Beijing Tibetan hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=16) and the control group(n=16). Patients in the treatment group were treated with tendon manipulation, while patients in the control group were treated with local blocking therapy. Then, visual analogue scale(VAS), mayo12-point scale(mayo12-point scale) and therapeutic effect of elbow pain were observed in the two groups. Results: after treatment, VAS score and mayo12-point score of affected elbow joint in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:the effect of treating tennis elbow with tendon manipulation is significant, which can reduce the degree of elbow pain and improve the function of elbow joint.
