卫生专业新兵团队情绪氛围在情绪智力与心理健康间的中介作用

Mediating effect of team emotional climate between emotional intelligence and mental health among medical recruits

目的探讨卫生专业新兵情绪智力、团队情绪氛围与心理健康间的关系,并检验团队情绪氛围的中介作用。方法采用分层随机抽样法,以某单位584名新兵为研究对象,采用情绪智力量表、团队情绪氛围量表、SCL-90症状自评量表分别对新兵情绪智力、团队情绪氛围和心理健康水平进行测量,并使用结构方程模型验证中介作用。结果卫生专业新兵症状自评量表阳性率为11.1%。心理健康总分为低分、中间分、高分的卫生专业新兵情绪智力、团队情绪氛围得分呈显著递增趋势(F值分别为55.527、54.853,P<0.01)。卫生专业新兵的情绪智力、团队情绪氛围对心理健康有负向预测作用(标准化回归系数分别为-0.443,-0.282,P<0.01),即情绪智力、团队情绪氛围越高,心理健康水平越差;情绪智力对团队情绪氛围有正向的预测作用(标准化回归系数为0.628,P<0.01),团队情绪氛围在情绪智力和心理健康之间起着部分中介作用(标准化回归系数为-0.266,P<0.01),中介效应占40.0%。结论卫生专业新兵团队情绪氛围在情绪智力对心理健康的影响中起部分中介作用;提升卫生专业新兵情绪智力和增强团队情绪氛围能有效提升其心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the correlations between medical recruits’ emotional intelligence,team emotional climate and mental health,and to verify the effect of team emotional climate. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to measure the emotional intelligence,team emotional climate and mental health of 584 recruits in combination with the emotional intelligence scale,the team emotional atmosphere scale,and the symptom checklist-90. Structural equation modeling was used to verify the mediating effect. Results The positive rate of SCL-90 of medical recruits was11.1%. With the rise of medical recruits’ mental health scores,their team emotional climate scores and mental health scores began to increase(F values were 55.527 and 54.853,P<0.01). Emotional intelligence and team emotional climate could negatively predict mental health(β values were-0.443 and-0.282,P<0.01),i.e.the higher the emotional intelligence and emotional atmosphere,the worse the mental health. Emotional intelligence was capable of positive prediction on team emotional climate(β=0.628,P<0.01).Team emotional climate played a partial mediating role between emotional intelligence and mental health(β=-0.266,P<0.01). The mediating effect accounted for 40.0% of the total effect. Conclusion Team emotional climate plays a partial mediating role in the influence of emotional intelligence on mental health. Increasing emotional intelligence and team emotional climate can help protect the mental health of medical recruits.
