摘要
在论述我国建筑节能目前形势和国内外对建筑外墙系统耐候性试验方面研究的基础上,分析了保温砂浆和改性聚苯板两种外墙外保温系统的温度场数据和砂浆基层、砂浆层的应变值数据,结果表明:(1)热雨循环过程中砂浆外墙外保温系统中饰面层、保温层、和混凝土基层温度变化均是先增加后减小;(2)保温砂浆基层在经过第10次、第20次和第30次热雨循环时砂浆基层应变值均是先增加后小幅度的减小再保持不变或小幅度增加,砂浆基层在经过第一次、第二次和第三次热冷循环时应变变化规律均是先减小再增加后减小最后增加;(3)在经过第10次、第20次和第30次热雨循环时砂浆保温层应变均是先增加后减小再增加,经过第一次、第二次和第三次热冷循环时砂浆保温层的应变值均是先大幅度增加后小幅度增加再大幅度减小最后小幅度减小,热冷循环次数越多应变值越大。
The severe situation of building energy conservation in China and the research on the weather resistance test of building exterior wall system at home and abroad is discussed. The temperature field data of the external thermal insulation system of the thermal insulation mortar and the modified polystyrene board and the strain value data of the mortar base layer and the mortar layer are analyzed, and the results showed:(1)During the thermal rain cycle, the temperature of the veneer layer, the thermal insulation layer and the concrete base layer in the external thermal insulation system of the mortar increases firstly and then decreases;(2)In the thermal insulation mortar base layer, the strain values of the mortar base layer increases first after the 10 th, 20 th and 30 th thermal rain cycles, and then decrease or decrease slightly. The strain change law of the mortar base layer reduces first, followed by an increase, then decreases again after, three heat-cooling cycles.(3)In the 10 th, 20 th and 30 th hot rain cycles, the strain of the mortar insulation layer increases first, then decreases and then increases. After three hot-cooling cycles, the strain values of the mortar insulation layer firstly increases greatly, then the small amplitude increases and then decreases greatly, and the final small amplitude decreases. The more the number of hot-cooling cycles, the larger strain value is.
