摘要
研究了混凝土桥梁耐久性施工控制问题,首先分析了混凝土桥梁耐久性的病害形式和影响因素,然后分别从施工技术参数控制和指标预测控制两个方面讨论了提高桥梁耐久性施工的具体技术。基于技术参数的耐久性控制包括原材料选择和配合比控制。提出了一种基于灰色BP神经网络的耐久性指标预测模型,试验验证了该模型能够有效预测桥梁的耐久性指标。
Durability construction control of concrete bridges is studied. Firstly, the disease forms and influencing factors of durability of concrete bridges are analyzed. Then, the concrete technologies for improving durability of bridges are discussed from two aspects: construction parameters control and index predictive control. Durability control based on technical parameters includes raw material selection and mix ratio control. A prediction model of durability index based on Grey BP neural network is proposed. The test results show that the model can effectively predict the durability index of bridges. The research results provide some references for improving the durability of concrete bridges.
