大负荷训练课运动—动作特征研究——以女子橄榄球为例

摘要 女子7人制橄榄球是群体性项目,训练和比赛时运动员活动轨迹和动作特征分析常采用时间-动作分析的方法来进行。本次研究运用Catapult Sprint运动监测系统,对女子7人制橄榄球赛前大负荷训练课进行监控,了解训练中运动员移动距离、训练强度、移动速度等运动-动作特征,分析女子7人制橄榄球大负荷训练课中训练计划的执行情况和身体机能水平,为女子7人制橄榄球赛前大负荷训练课改进和提升提供理论基础。 Women’s rugby sevens is a group event. The analysis of athletes’ trajectory and movement characteristics during training and competition is often carried out by time-motion analysis. In this study, the Catapult Sprint sports monitoring system was used to monitor the heavy-duty training course before the women’s rugby sevens game. The movement-action characteristics such as the distance, training intensity and moving speed of the athletes in the training were analyzed to analyze the game. The implementation of the training program and the level of physical function in the load training class provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and improvement of the heavy-duty training course before the women’s seven-a-side football game.
