苏州地区老年人群中基础疾病对认知功能的影响

The effect of underlying disease on cognitive function in older adults from Suzhou City

目的探讨苏州地区老年人群中基础疾病对认知功能的影响.方法对苏州市姑苏区胥江社区65岁以上老人进行调查,收集其一般资料,根据基础疾病进行分组,比较不同基础疾病患者简易精神状态量表评分及阳性率.结果高血压合并糖尿病组患者简易精神状态量表评分显著低于无疾病组(P<0.01),简易精神状态量表阳性率显著高于无疾病组(P<0.05).结论高血压合并糖尿病对老年人群的认知功能存在明显影响,应对其进行预防干预.

Objective To explore the effect of underlying disease on cognitive function in older adults from Suzhou City.Methods Investigation of elderly people over 65 years old in Xujiang community,Gusu District,Suzhou City was conducted.Collect the general information and group them according to underlying diseases.The MMSE scores and positive rates of patients with different underlying diseases were compared.Results The MMSE scores of patients with hypertension and diabetes were significantly lower than those without disease ( P<0.01),and the positive rate of MMSE was significantly higher than that of patients without disease (P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension combined with diabetes has a significant impact on the cognitive function of the elderly population,and it should be prevented.
