胃肠道手术患者切口感染相关危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胃肠道手术患者切口感染的相关危险因素.方法收集1286例行胃肠道手术患者的临床资料,分析引起胃肠道手术患者发生切口感染的危险因素.结果1286例胃肠道手术患者术后1月内感染率为2.49%.Ⅱ类手术、手术时间≥3h、急诊手术、手术操作者年资<5a、护理人员手术室年资≤3a、术中无菌操作不规范≥3次、术中出现隔离技术操作不规范、术中手术台关键操作点无菌监测不合格为胃肠道手术患者术后切口感染的独立危险因素.结论胃肠道手术患者发生切口感染的危险因素众多,临床应严格执行每一个环节的操作规范及管理规范,提升参与手术实施相关人员的操作管理技能和无菌意识,降低胃肠道手术患者术后切口感染率. Objective To investigate the risk factors related to wound infection in patients with gastroin-testinal surgery.Methods The clinical data of 1286 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were collected and analyzed.And analyze the risk factors for wound infection in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Results 1286 patients with gastrointestinal surgery had an infection rate of 2.49% within 1 month after surgery.Type II operation,operation time ≥ 3 h,emergency surgery,operation operator <5a, nursing staff operating room seniority ≤ 3 a,intraoperative aseptic operation irregular ≥ 3 times,intrao-perative isolation technology operation irregular,intraoperative operating table key operating point sterile monitoring failed were independent risk factors for postoperative wound infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Conclusion There are many risk factors for wound infection in patients with gas-trointestinal surgery.Clinical practice should strictly enforce the operational specifications and management practices of each link.Improve the operational management skills and sterility aw areness of the relevant personnel involved in the operation of the operation,reduce the rate of postoperative incision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
