宫颈细胞HPV基因分型临床分析

Clinical analysis of HPV genotyping in female cervical cells

目的对宫颈细胞人类乳头瘤病毒的基因分型及感染情况进行分析,为预防工作提供理论依据.方法对13337例女性宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒检查参与者的标本进行检测,并对基因分型进行分析.结果共检测出阳性标本3876例,阳性率为29.06%,其中单纯高危型检出标本2609例,阳性率为19.56%,单纯低危型检出标本691例,阳性率为5.18%.人类乳头瘤病毒感染以单一感染为主,占全部阳性标本的87.53%,且以30岁—50岁者居多.结论应加强对50岁以下女性的人类乳头瘤病毒筛查工作,并对阳性患者采取相应措施,避免宫颈癌症状的发生.

Objective To analyze the genotyping and infection of human papillomavirus in female cervical cells,and to provide theoretical basis for prevention.Methods Specimens from 13 337 female cervical human papillomavirus test participants were tested and genotyping was analyzed.Results There were 3 876 positive specimens were detected,with a positive rate of 29.06%.A mong them,2 609 cases were simple high-risk type detection specimen,and the positive rate was 19.56%,691 cases were simple low-risk type detection specimen,and the positive rate was 5.18%.Human papillomavirus infection was dominated by a single infection,accounting for 87.53% of all positive specimens,and most of them were between 30 to 50 years old.Conclusion HPV screening for women under 50 years of age should be strengthened,and appropriate measures should be taken for positive patients to avoid the occurrence of cervical cancer.
