冰山理论的个性化护理干预在帕金森患者中的应用

Application observation of personalized nursing intervention of iceberg theory in patients with Parkinson's disease

目的探讨冰山理论的个性化护理干预在帕金森患者中的应用效果.方法将106例帕金森患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各53例.两组均给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予冰山理论的个性化护理干预.采用帕金森运动功能评分量表评定干预后两组患者的运动功能,治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评定两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况.干预前及干预后1个月、3个月、6个月采用世界卫生组织生活质量量表评定两组患者的生活质量.结果干预后研究组帕金森运动功能评分量表的行走姿势、动手能力及语言流利速度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01).干预后两组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.01).干预后1个月、3个月、6个月两组世界卫生组织生活质量量表评分较干预前显著持续升高(P<0.01),研究组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01).结论冰山理论的个性化护理干预可以显著改善帕金森患者的运动功能,缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention of iceberg theory in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 106 patients with PD were randomly divided into study group and control group,53 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given personalized nursing intervention of iceberg theory.The motor function of the two groups af ter intervention was evaluated by M ORPPD.SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after treatment.The quality of life of the two groups was assessed by WHOQOL-100 before intervention and 1 month,3 months and 6 months after intervention.Results Af ter the intervention,the scores of w alking posture,hands-on ability and language fluency were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group ( P<0.01 ).After the inter-vention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention ( P<0.01),and the study group was more significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.01 ). The WHOQOL-100 scores of the two groups at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention ( P<0.01).The study group was more significantly elevated than the control group ( P<0.01).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention based on iceberg theory can significantly improve the motor function of PD patients,relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients.
