摘要 从《21世纪议程》到《教育2030行动框架》的系列文件都对可持续发展教育做出了重要承诺,旨在推动可持续发展教育的理念传播和实践发展。《2030年可持续发展议程》将"确保包容、公平的优质教育,增进全民终身学习机会"的教育目标作为可持续发展目标的一部分。可持续发展教育是整体性和变革性的教育,涉及到学习内容和学习成果、教学法和学习环境,通过变革社会实现目的。教育既是可持续发展的一个目标,也是实现其他可持续发展目标的手段。可持续发展教育的学习目标包括认知、社会情感和行为等维度的内容,以形成应对人类生存所面临全球挑战的关键能力。面向2030可持续发展教育目标,我国应从制定发展规划、加强国际合作、建立全球治理观、开展教师培训以及革新教学方法等方面采取行动,以改革和完善可持续发展教育。 The important commitments to sustainable development education from The Agenda 21 to the Education 2030 Framework for Action, aimed at promoting the concept of sustainable development education and its practic al development. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development places the educational goal of "ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all" as part of the agenda. Sustainable development education is an integrated and transformative education that involves learning content and learning outcomes, pedagogy and learning environment, and achieves goals through social transformation. Education is both a goal of sustainable development and a mean to achieve other sustainable development goals. The learning objectives of education for sustainable development include the cognitive, socioemotional, and behavioral domains, in order to form the key competencies to meet the global challenges of human survival. Toward the educational goals for 2030 sustainable development, China should take actions to reform and improve education for sustainable development by establishing a development plan, strengthening international cooperation, establishing a global governance view, carrying out teacher training, and reforming teaching methods.
