摘要
迎角侧滑角校准是飞行试验关键环节之一,准确的迎角侧滑角数据在飞行试验中往往起着关键作用,甚至影响飞行安全。传统的迎角侧滑角校准,基本采用人工瞄准读数的方式,精度差、人为误差大、机上零位值不准确,且易受外界环境的影响,已经逐渐不能适用当前飞行试验中的需求。针对目前飞行试验中迎角侧滑角测试需求,研究应交侧滑角现场新型校准方法,制作专用校准夹具,应用全站仪对迎角侧滑角进行现场校准。经实验室和飞行试验验证,测试数据准确可靠,精度提高,能够更好地满足飞行试验测试需求。
Angle-of-attack sideslip calibration is one of the key links in flight test.Accurate data of angle-of-attack sideslip often play a key role in flight test,and even affect flight safety.Traditional angle of attack sideslip calibration is based on manual aiming reading,which has poor accuracy,large human error,inaccurate on-board zero value,and is vulnerable to the influence of external environment.It has gradually been unable to meet the needs of current flight test.Aiming at the requirement of angle-of-attack sideslip angle test in flight test,a new method of on-site calibration of cross-slip angle is studied,a special calibration fixture is made,and the on-site calibration of angle-of-attack sideslip angle is carried out by total station.The results of laboratory and flight test show that the test data are accurate and reliable,and the accuracy is improved,which can better meet the requirements of flight test.
