全能型供电支撑平台及负荷预测系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 提升乡镇供电所智能化建设,推动营配业务一体化发展,构建全能型乡镇供电所,是强化供电所管理水平,提升服务质量,充分调动基层人员积极性的重要保障。为提升全能型供电支撑平台的建设水平,对供电所规划平台进行了结构设计,并规划系统和子系统的结构,开发了相应的全能型供电支撑平台和负荷预测系统。为了提高配电网负荷预测精度,采用人工蜂群算法对BP算法进行优化处理,将改进后的BP算法应用于配电网负荷预测。将该平台运行在福建省基层供电所,运行结果验证了该平台的可靠性及负荷预测系统的准确性。 The development of business integration, build universal township power substation, is to strengthen the power substation management level, improve service quality, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the grassroots workers. In order to promote the construction level of universal power supply support platform, has carried on the structure design of power substation planning platform, and planning system and the subsystem structure, develop the corresponding universal power supply support platform. In order to improve the distribution network load forecasting accuracy, using artificial swarm algorithm to optimize BP algorithm, and the improved BP algorithm was applied to power load forecasting. The platform running in power substation at the grassroots level in Fujian province run results verify the reliability of the platform and the accuracy of load forecasting system.
