摘要
介绍了一种用于对超声电机系统机械、电气性能自动测试的系统。该系统以ST公司生产的单片机STM32F1系列单片机为采集核心,充分利用其内部外设模块,结合外围高精度传感器及信号处理电路,可以测试超声电机系统的各种机械、电气性能,用于评估并改善电机系统。系统的硬件设计方法包括驱动电压的正弦波失真度及对测量的误差补偿设计,该系统具有功能全面、测试精度满足使用要求和使用方便等特点。
An automatic testing system used for the mechanical and electrical performances test of ultrasonic motor was presented. In this system, MCU STM32F1 from TI is used as the core processor of data acquisition. By making full use of its internal peripheral modules and combining with external sensors and signal processing circuits, various electrical and mechanical performances of ultrasonic motor can be tested. Then the system can be used to evaluate and improve ultrasonic motor. The design method of hardware about the measurement for distortion factor of sine wave and error compensation was introduced in detail. The system has the advantages of rich functions, testing accuracy of this system are satisfied and convenient operation and so on.
