摘要
2017年9月,“教育工作者培养质量提升委员会”(AAQEP)宣告成立,并于2018年2月初推出了认证标准体系。该标准涵盖教师教育项目完成者表现和项目实践两个维度,每个维度设基本目标和项目自定目标两个层次;标准注重认证结果和过程相结合,旨在通过数据证据反馈,帮助教师培养机构(项目)开展自我评估,支持自我提升和创新,实现机构(项目)的可持续发展。AAQEP认证标准体系表明,美国教师教育认证有了新的动向,即保证机构(项目)绩效问责的同时推动质量改进。
The Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP) was established in September, 2017 and adopted a new set of standards for teacher education quality accreditation in February, 2018. The new standards cover 2 dimensions: candidate performance and program practices. Within each of these dimensions, foundational expectations and contextual challenges are specified. AAQEP standards emphasize the combination of accreditation processes and outcomes, aiming to provide data-based formative feedback to support the self evaluation of teacher education institutions (programs) and help them achieve sustainable development through their ongoing innovation and improve? ment in the field. AAQEP standards demonstrate a new direction for American Teacher Ed? ucation Quality Accreditation, that is, accountability of the institutions (programs) and their quality improvement should be guaranteed simultaneously.
