间歇注浆联合电渗加固软土的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究间歇注浆联合电渗对软土加固效果的影响,通过自行设计的模型箱在室内对滩涂淤泥进行试验。在土样不同位置采用CaCl2和Na2SiO3溶液进行间歇和一次性注浆联合电渗试验,从电渗排水、通电电流、电渗能耗以及承载力、土体沉降等试验数据进行了对比分析;从土体成分和微观特性角度对加固后的土体进行了分析。研究结果表明:阳极-中部共同注浆工况下间歇注浆对土体的加固效果最优;相对于一次性注浆,间歇注浆的最终排水量增加4%、累计能耗降低9%,承载力明显提高、不均匀沉降改善、电极腐蚀程度减轻;试验采用间歇注浆和一次性注浆进行研究,分析方法和结果可为注浆联合电渗加固软土工艺的进一步研究提供参考。 The laboratory tests were conducted by self-made model chambers to study the reinforcement effect of soft soil on electro-osmosis combined intermittent grouting.The method of intermittent and onetime injection of CaCl2 and Na2SiO3 solutions combined with electro-osmosis was adopted.The drainage volume,current,energy consumption,bearing capacity,settlement were compared and analyzed.The soil after reinforcement was analyzed from the perspective of soil composition and microscopic properties. The results show that grouting in the anode and the middle of the soil has the best reinforcement effect;Compared with one-time grouting,drainage of intermittent grouting increases by 4%,accumulative energy consumption decreases by 9%,bearing capacity increases significantly,uneven settlement is getting improved and degree of anode corrosion is alleviated;The experiment is conducted by using intermittent grouting and one-time grouting method,the analysis methods and results can provide reference for further study on electro-osmosis combined intermittent grouting consolidation of soft soil.
