In order to improve the slow traffic environment of the campus, the evaluation index was established from the four evaluation dimensions of pedestrian factors, vehicle factors, road factors and environmental factors. And the Delphi method is used to analyze the sensitivity of the three evaluation indexes of the three levels of the two evaluation indexes, and construct the campus-friendly slow traffic assessment index system. The AHP-DEA model is used to construct the judgment matrix by means of actual investigation and analysis and expert scoring. Finally, taking the four universities in Ningbo North University as an example, this method is validated by using the selected indicators. The results show that the selected campus-friendly Slow Traffic Assessment Index System is simple, meaningful, accurate and fuzzy, and it has a strong practicality.Combining AHP and DEA,using DEA structure judgment Matrix, effectively avoid the subjective factors such as expert scoring and so on,improve the accuracy of the weight coefficient, can comprehensively reflect the importance of the evaluation indicators and the actual situation of colleges and universities in order to provide a theoretical guidance for the implementation of campus-friendly slow traffic.
