高职”双向融合、三阶递进、四维训练”创新创业教育体系的构建与实践

The Construction and Practice of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education System in “Two-way Integration, Three-step Progressive, and Four-dimensional Training” in Higher Vocational Education

围绕技术技能人才的综合职业素养、创新创业能力和社会竞争力培养,以机电一体化技术、机械设计制造与自动化技术专业为研究支点,从“课程体系-教学资源-训练平台-质量评价”四个维度展开研究,构建专业教育与创新教育“双向融合”的课程体系,打造“立体化”的优质创新创业教育课程资源,搭建创新创业教育“四维训练实践平台”,实施创新创业教育教学质量的“闭环”评价,实现专业教育与创新创业教育的有机融合,取得了良好的创新创业教育成效。

Focusing on the cultivation of comprehensive professional qualities, innovation and entrepreneurship, and social competitiveness of technical and technical personnel with the mechanical and electrical integration technology, mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation technology as the fulcrums, the research is carried out in this paper from four dimensions: "Course System-Teaching Resources-Training Platform-Quality Evaluation". Construct a "two-way integration" curriculum system for professional education and innovative education, create "three-dimensional" high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum resources, and build a "four-dimensional training practice platform" for innovation and entrepreneurship education. The "closed loop" evaluation of the quality of teaching innovation and entrepreneurship education was implemented to achieve the organic integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and achieved good results in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
