金融是经济的血脉,资本市场是金融市场的重要组成部分。深化金融体制改革,提高直接融资比重,健全金融监管体系,促进多层次资本市场健康发展,是工作的重中之重。科创板的上市旨在补齐资本市场服务科技创新的短板,增强对创新企业的包容性和适应性;六年来,新三板市场流动性地提升,在解决中小微企业融资难、融资贵的问题上取得了显著成效;加强我国大宗商品企业价格风险管理,避免衍生品巨亏事件发生,打造属于中国的有中国特色的价格风险管理的"中国方案";促进粤港澳大湾区发展对于发挥沿海区位优势,促进区间城市协同作用,增强辐射功能与放大效应,促进国内外经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。进一步加强资本市场监管,尽快修订《证券法》,以期建设一个规范、透明、开放、有活力、有韧性的资本市场。

The listing of Science and Technology Board aims to fill the shortcomings of technological innovation in the capital market and enhance the inclusiveness and adaptability of innovative enterprises. In the past six years, the market of the New Third Board has improved in liquidity, and it is difficult to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Significant results have been achieved;strengthen the price risk management of China’s commodity enterprises, avoid the huge losses of derivatives, and create a "China program" for China’s price risk management with Chinese characteristics;promote the development of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and Dawan District It is of great significance to exert the advantages of coastal location, promote the synergy of urban areas, enhance the radiation function and amplification effect, and promote the development of domestic and foreign economy. Further strengthen the supervision of the capital market and amend the Securities Law as soon as possible, with a view to building a standardized, transparent, open,dynamic and resilient capital market.
