摘要
本白色海岛超细纤维长丝麂皮绒在碱减量开纤之后,纤维表比面积增加,纤维对染料的吸附能力增大,大量分散染料吸附在海岛超细纤维表面,水洗后污水处理负担重。试验尝试采用黑色炭粉纺制的海岛超细纤维长丝生产麂皮绒,大大减少了染料用量,并提高了色牢度,且降低了后续废水处理负荷。
After alkali deweighting process of the white island superfine fiber filament suede, the adsorption of dye on fiber increases owing to the in crease of the fiber surface area, and a large amount of disperse dye may be adsorbed on the surface of the island superfine fiber, thus the sewage treatment burden is heavy after washing. In order to solve the above problems, the island superfine fiber filament spun with black carbon powder is used to produce the suede. In this way, the COD discharge of dyeing sewage can be greatly reduced, the environ merit can be protected, and the color fast ness can be proved.
