棉织物用多活性基团抗皱整理剂的合成及应用 被引量:2

摘要 棉织物经多N-轻甲基或多竣基整理剂整理后,虽然抗皱性能提高,但织物存在甲醛释放、强力损失大以及泛黄等问题。试验合成了分子内具有双一氯均三嗪和双乙烯枫4个反应基团的新型抗皱剂T2S1P2,并以红外光谱和核磁共振波谱仪表征了抗皱剂的结构,研究了整理工艺对抗皱剂与织物反应性的影响,测试了整理织物的抗皱性能。结果表明,产物具有多活性基团的目标结构。通过一浴一步浸渍整理,T2S1P2抗皱剂可固着于棉织物,固着率随反应温度和pH值的增高而增大,但因活性基团水解加速,整理织物的折皱回复角并未随之递增。优化的整理工艺为:浸渍浴温度50℃,pH为10,整理时间60min。经此工艺整理的棉织物,急弹和缓弹折皱回复角分别达到127°和152°,较原织物提高37°和42°。 After finishing with multi N-methylol or polycarboxyl auxiliary, although the wrinkle resistance of the cotton fabric is improved, the fabric has problems such as formaldehyde release, high loss of strength and yellowing. In this paper, a novel anti-wrinkle agent T2S1P2 with four reactive groups of bischlorotriazine and bis-vinyl sulf one is synthesized, which is characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The results show that the product has the target structure of multiple reactive groups. T2S1P2 is fixed on cotton fabric via one-bath-one-step impregnation process, and the fixation yield increases with the increase of reaction temperature and pH value. However, due to the accelerated hydrolysis of reactive groups, the wrinkle recovery angle of the finished fabric does not in crease with the fixation yield. Using the optimal process, the fast and slow recovery angles of the finished cotton fabric reach 127° and 152° respectively, which are 37° and 42° higher than those of the original fabric.
