混合方法研究及其在中医药领域应用的意义

Mixed Methods Research and Significance of Its Application in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine

混合方法研究是有机融合定性研究与定量研究的研究范式,其常用设计类型包括解释性设计、三角互证设计、探索性设计、嵌套设计、序贯转换设计和并行转换设计。在定义混合方法研究及总结混合方法研究的优势和局限性的基础上,认为混合方法研究可促进中医药研究方法学质量的提升和评价工具的优化,丰富中医药临床疗效评价的内容,同时提出混合方法学运用于中医药领域的建议及研究设计思路,以期为中医药领域研究提供方法学参考和借鉴。

Mixed methods research(MMR) is the research paradigm that organically integrates qualitative research and quantitative research.Its common design types include interpretive design,triangular mutual authentication design,exploratory design,nested design,sequential conversion design and parallel conversion design.On the basis of introducing MMR and summarizing the advantages and limitations of MMR,it is considered that the MMR can promote the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research methodological quality and optimization of evaluation tools,enriching the content of TCM clinical efficacy evaluation,meanwhile,the authors proposed research design ideas and the recommendations for MMR applied in the field of TCM,with a view to providing methodological references and references in the field of TCM research.
