酸甘药性配伍的理论溯源和现代研究

Theoretical Origin and Modern Research Progress of Sour-sweet Herbal Compatibility

药性配伍是中药配伍理论的重要组成部分,也是中药药性指导中医临床用药的有效途径之一。药性配伍理论的溯本清源、梳理挖掘,对于传承和发展中医药理论进而提高中医临床诊治效应具有重要意义。以临床应用广泛、现代研究较为深入的酸甘药性配伍为示例,在对其概念源起、历史沿革、内涵实质等方面阐释解析的基础上,对酸甘合用生津润燥以止渴、酸甘合用运脾益阴以止泻、酸甘合用润下降泄以通便等方面的临床应用进行论述,并就基础研究和临床应用两方面概述酸甘药性配伍的现代研究,同时提出了目前酸甘药性配伍研究中存在的难点和问题、今后应重点关注的研究领域以及相应的科研思路和设想。

Compatibility of herbal property is an important part of Chinese materia medica compatibility theory and an effective way to guide the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) by the nature of Chinese materia medica.It is of great significance to trace the origin of the theory of herbal property compatibility and to dig it up for the purpose of inheriting and developing the theory of TCM and thus to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of TCM.Taking the clinically extensively applied and deeply studied sour and sweet herbal compatibility,on the basis of the concept origin,historical evolution,and connotation and essence,the clinical applications of sour combined with sweet to increase fluid,moisten the dryness thus to quench thirst,to motivate spleen,benefit the yin thus to relieve diarrhea,and to drain with purgation to relax bowels were discussed.Additionally,the modern study of sour and sweet compatibility was summarized in two aspects of basic research and clinical application.This paper put forward the difficult problems and issues in terms of the study of sour and sweet compatibility,the research fields that should be paid attention to in the future,and the corresponding scientific research ideas.
