摘要
利用基于柔性衬底的谐振器透射式太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)系统,对不同体积分数的乙醇-水混合液进行检测。随着乙醇体积分数增加,谐振频率出现蓝移,第二谐振峰的偏移量大于第一谐振峰的偏移量,最大偏移量达到52GHz,灵敏度约为100GHz/RIU。由于谐振器的柔性和极低的样品消耗(约20μL),这种方法使THz-TDS和太赫兹谐振器在生物领域的应用成为可能。
A flexible metamaterial-based resonator was used to monitor the alcohol-water mixtures with different volume fractions using the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) in a transmission geometry.As the volume fraction of alcohol increases,the resonant frequencies of the biosensor blue-shift.The frequency shift of the second peak is higher than that of the first peak,the maximum shift value is 52GHz,and the sensitivity is around 100GHz/RIU.The developed resonator is flexible and has extremely low solution consumption (≈20μL), indicating the proposed method shows possibility for the applicability of THz-TDS and the industrial application of THz resonators in the field of biology.
