Clinical application and research process of sirolimus in children with autoimmune cytopenias

西罗莫司(sirolimus,SRL)是一种新型的免疫抑制剂,临床上多用于预防实体器官移植后的排斥反应及自身免疫性疾病的治疗。随着对SRL研究的深入,其临床应用也越来越广泛。本文以国内外文献为基础,对SRL应用于儿童免疫性血细胞减少症(autoimmune cytopenias,ACs)的应用现状进行综述,以期为儿童ACs的治疗提供参考。

Sirolimus(SRL)is a new type of immunosuppressant which is clinically used in the prevention of rejection episodes in solid organ transplantation and the treatment of immune diseases.With the progress of the research of SRL,the clinical application of SRL is increasingly wider.Our paper reviewed the progress of the safety and efficacy of SRL used in children autoimmune cytopenias(ACs)studies,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of ACs.
