一种基于主客体作用的氧化还原响应性宏观组装凝胶

摘要 以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为主链,分别将瓜环(Q[7])和二茂铁(Fc)嫁接于丙烯酰胺链制备主体凝胶七元瓜环-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(Q[7]-PAM gel)和客体凝胶二茂铁-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(Fc-PAM gel)。探究了主客体凝胶的宏观组装性能及对氧化还原刺激的响应性。结果表明:主客体凝胶能够进行宏观组装形成新的材料Q[7]/Fc-PAM gel,并且在氧化态时组装的凝胶会重新分裂,而在还原态时会再一次进行组装。 As the main chain polyacrylamide(PAM)was crafted with cucurbit[7](Q[7])and ferrocene(Fc)to prepare cucurbit[7]-polyacrylamide gel(Q[7]-PAM gel)and ferrocene-polyacrylamide gel(Fc-PAM gel)as the host gel and guest gel,respectively.The products were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 HNMR).The macro assembly properties of the host and guest gels and the response to the redox stimulation were investigated.Result showed that Q[7]/Fc-PAM gel would formed by the macro assembly of Q[7]-PAM gel and Fc-PAM gel,and it will be redivided in the oxidation state,and be reassembled again.
