摘要
从教育生态学的角度对学校教学管理中的问题进行思考与审视,有利于学校教学管理的生态化发展。武汉市常青树实验学校将生态学理论运用到教学管理中,实现了教育生态系统的平衡,促进师生生命的共同发展。具体来说,学校主要从以下几方面着手:一是以科学的理念丰厚教学生态化管理实施的文化土壤;二是以规范完备的制度建设稳定教学生态化管理实施的外部环境;三是以多维度发展的团队建设实施生态主体的协同进化;四是以可持续发展为目标的人才培养方式促进开放式教育生态环境的形成。
Thinking and examining the problems in school teaching management from the perspective of educational ecology is conducive to the ecological development of school teaching management.Wuhan Changqingshu Experimental School has applied ecological theory to teaching management which helps realize the balance of educational ecosystem and promote the development of teachers and students’ lives. The school has worked in the following aspects. First, use scientific concept to faciliate the cultural backgound of ecological management. Second, set up a stable teaching ecological management with standardized and complete system. Third, coordicate a multi-dimensional construction of team building with the guidance of ecological theme. Forth, promote an open teaching ecology with the goal of sustainable development.
