摘要 为了解决燃气轮机燃烧室NOx排放预估问题,以QD128燃气轮机为研究对象,应用数值模拟方法研究同种类型燃气轮机燃烧室流动特性、温度分布及NOx排放规律;然后基于进口压力Pin、空气质量流量ma、主燃区温度Tpz等3个参数拟合NOx排放预估公式。结果表明,结合数值计算结果得到的NOx排放预估公式能够有效反应Pin、ma、Tpz对NOx排放的影响,为轻型燃气轮机燃烧室的设计提供可靠的参考依据。 In order to solve the NOx emission prediction of the gas turbine combustor,the flow characteristics, temperature distribution and NOx emission of the same type of gas turbine combustor were studied by numerical simulation method with QD128 gas turbine as the research object.Then,the NOx emission prediction formula was fitted based on the three parameters of inlet pressure Pin,air mass flow Ma and main combustion zone temperature Tpz.The results show that the NOx emission prediction formula based on the numerical results can effectively reflect the influence of Pin,Ma and Tpz parameters on NOx emission,and it can also provide a reliable reference for the design of light gas turbine combustor.
