摘要
针对辽宁沈煤红阳热电有限公司2^#机组高旁预热管道在机组正常运行过程中发生断裂,造成机组非计划停机的事故,经某电科院金属所对送检试件的监测,分析该预热管道断裂的原因。结果表明:焊缝根部存在未焊透或未融合的缺陷;该预热管道未按照相关规定设置吊架,导致管道载荷都作用于预热管道两端,在管系振动而产生疲劳载荷等综合作用下致使高旁预热管道发生断裂。
Aiming at the preheating pipeline fracture of the high pressure bypass of Unit 2 in Liaoning Shenmei Hongyang Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.during the normal operation of the unit,which caused the unit to stop operation unscheduled,the test samples were monitored by a metal testing institution of an electrical academy after the accident.It is concluded that the preheating pipeline ruptured because that there are inherent defects that are not welded or fused in the root of welded joints,the preheating pipeline does not set up a hanger according to the relevant provisions,which results in the load acting on both ends of the preheating pipeline, and the high pressure bypass preheating pipeline ruptures under the combined action of the vibration of the pipeline system and the fatigue load.
