摘要
由于受气温和原油粘度的影响,原油需通过加热来降低粘度以实现管线输送。目前,油田的原油加热采用燃气炉、电热水套炉和电阻式电加热器等几种形式。这些加热原油的方式使环境污染严重、效率低、可靠性差、寿命短。为了实现快速、高效、高可靠的加热原油,现场试验表明,电磁感应加热器加热速度快,加热效率达到了90%以上,设备安全可靠、环保,完全可以取代现有的一些原油加热设备。
Because of the influence of temperature and crude oil viscosity,crude oil needs heating to reduce its viscosity to realize pipeline transportation.At present,the crude oil heating in oilfields is in the form of gas furnace,electric water jacket furnace and resistive heater which lead to serious environmental pollution,low efficiency,poor reliability and short life.In order to heat crude oil more quickly,efficiently and reliably,field tests show that the electromagnetic induction heater has fast heating speed,over 90% heating efficiency,and the equipment is safe,reliable and environmentally friendly.It can completely replace some existing crude oil heating equipment.
