不同添加剂对玉米秸秆青贮料pH及粗蛋白质含量的影响

The Effects of Different Additives on pH and Crude Protein Content in Corn Straw Silage

为研究不同比例的添加剂糖蜜和尿素对玉米秸秆青贮饲料中pH及蛋白质含量的影响,试验设计了空白对照组和添加不同剂量添加剂的试验组,青贮60 d后对青贮饲料进行了pH测定和粗蛋白质含量测定.结果表明,玉米秸秆直接青贮,pH差异不显著,但粗蛋白质含量较低;而加入添加剂的各组青贮玉米秸秆的粗蛋白质含量明显提高,其中添加尿素0.6%和糖蜜6.0%的整体水平优于其他组.另外,糖蜜含量越高pH越低,即青贮料的品质越好.

In order to study the effects of molasses and urea on the pH and protein content of corn straw silage, a blank control group and experimental groups with different doses of additives were designed. After sixty days of silage, the pH and crude protein content were determined. The results showed that the pH of directly ensiled corn stalk had no significant difference. But the content of crude protein was low. The crude protein content of silage corn straw was significantly increased in each group with additives. The overall level of added 0.6% urea and 6.0% molasses was better than other groups. In addition, the higher molasses content was, the lower pH was, that was, the better quality of silage was.
