摘要
校企合作、专业链与产业链对接是高等教育改革的重要内容,通过深入分析能源电力行业产业链中物流管理岗位需求特点及应具备的基本能力与理论知识,明确了面向能源电力行业的物流管理专业人才培养目标与课程体系构建的依据,科学地设计了人才培养目标与课程体系,提出了物流管理专业与能源电力产业全面对接的物流管理专业人才培养的有效途径。
School-enterprise cooperation, the connection between specialty chain and industry chain are the important contents of higher education reformation. Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the demand for logistics management posts and the basic abilities and theoretical knowledge that should be possessed in the power industry chain, the training objectives and curriculum system of logistics management professionals for the energy and power industry are defined, and the training objectives of scientific design personnel are designed. Based on the standard and curriculum system, an effective way to cultivate logistics management talents for logistics management specialty and energy and power industry is put forward.
