将城市精神融入沈阳高校校园文化建设的路径研究

Research on the Way of Integrating City Spirit into Campus Culture Construction in Shenyang Universities

以城市精神融入高校校园文化建设为视角,以沈阳高校校园文化建设现状为切入点,通过问题查找和成因分析,提出将城市精神融入到沈阳高校的办学理念、人才培养方案、师德建设、服务社会的功能体现、校园文化标识与文化软实力建设中,建立以城市精神融入校园文化建设的激励机制与长效化制度保障。

From the perspective of integrating the urban spirit into the campus culture construction of colleges and universities, this paper takes the current situation of campus culture construction in Shenyang as an entry point, and analyzes the causes of this problem. It puts forward that the spirit of the city should be integrated into the school concept, the program for training talents, the construction of teachers’ethics, the function of serving the society, the construction of campus cultural symbols, and the construction of cultural soft power. Establish the incentive mechanism and the guarantee of long-term system to integrate the urban spirit into the campus culture construction.
