摘要 思想政治理论课教师是党的路线方针政策的宣讲者,是大学生健康成长的引路人,是办好思想政治理论课的关键.增强思想政治理论课教师荣誉感是提升课程质量、促进教师内涵式发展的重要手段,面对新目标、新部署、新要求,思想政治理论课教师荣誉感塑造应从荣誉感的生成机制入手,深刻认识思想政治理论课教师荣誉感塑造的时代意义,从外部发力,生成思想政治理论课教师荣誉感的既定事实,以内部协同,激发思想政治理论课教师荣誉感的内在活力,探究思想政治理论课教师荣誉感强化的具体路径. Teachers of ideological and political theory courses are interpreters of the party’s line, principles and policies. They are the guides for the healthy growth of college students and the key to a good ideological and political theory course. Strengthening teachers’sense of honor in ideological and political theory courses is an important means to improve the quality of courses and promote teacher’s connotative development. Facing the new goals, deployments and requirements, we should build the ideological and political theory class teachers’sense of honor should be started from the formation mechanism of honor sense, and profoundly understand the significance of the ideological and political theory teachers’sense of honor. In order to explore a specific path of strengthening the sense of honor, the established teachers’sense of honor in the ideological and political theory class should be exerted by the external force, and the inner vitality of the honor sense of the ideological and political theory teachers should be stimulated by the internal synergy.
