摘要
作为MCrAlY高温防护涂层制备手段之一的复合电镀技术具有低能耗、低成本等诸多优点。在过去近四十年内,该技术在国外得到了广泛的发展与应用。本文主要对比介绍了国内外MCrAlY涂层复合电镀工艺技术的研究进展,并对国内MCrAlY涂层复合电镀技术的发展作了展望。
As one of the preparation methods of MCrAlY high temperature protective coating, the composite plating technology has many advantages such as low energy consumption and low cost. In the past 40 years, the technology has been widely developed and applied abroad. In this paper, the research progress of MCrAlY coating composite electroplate technology in home and abroad has been introduced, and the development of domestic MCrAlY coating composite electroplate technology is prospected.
