一效散在晚期恶性肿瘤并发压疮患者治疗中的疗效评价研究

Effects of Yixiao Powder on Malignant Tumor Complicated with Pressure Ulcer

目的 研究一效散在晚期恶性肿瘤并发压疮患者中的临床疗效。方法 选择我院收治的并发压疮的晚期恶性肿瘤患者90例,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采取常规治疗及常规护理手段,观察组在对照组基础上应用一效散外敷配合治疗。观察两组患者的压疮面积、压疮愈合时间、压疮创面愈合疗效、疮面结痂率、疼痛情况、压疮愈合评分、换药频次、药物费用。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的压疮面积、压疮愈合时间、压疮创面愈合疗效、疮面结痂率、压疮愈合评分、疼痛评分、换药频次、药物费用方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 晚期恶性肿瘤并发压疮患者配合应用一效散,可有效促进压疮的愈合,降低换药频次,提高愈合疗效,减少治疗费用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Yixiao Powder in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors complicated with pressure ulcers. Methods Ninety patients with advanced tumors complicated with pressure ulcers in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine treatment and routine nursing. The observation group was treated with Yixiao Powder external application on the basis of control group. The area of pressure ulcer, the healing time, healing effect of pressure ulcer wound, scab rate, pain scores, healing scores of pressure ulcer, dressing change frequency and drug cost were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had better results in all aspects like pressure ulcer area, healing time, healing effect of pressure sore wound, scab rate, healing scores, pain scores, frequency of dressing change and drug cost than the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of Yixiao Powder can effectively improve the healing of pressure sores in patients with advanced malignant tumors, reduce the frequency of dressing change, improve the healing effect and reduce the cost of treatment.
