临床药师参与肿瘤内科肠外营养合理应用的实践研究

Practice of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Rational Application of Parenteral Nutrition in Oncology

目的 对我院临床药师参与肿瘤内科肠外营养处方干预的实践过程进行分析,探讨药学干预在肠外营养类药物的合理应用与科学管理中的意义。方法 采用事前审核和事后点评相结合的方式对肠外营养类药物的医嘱进行干预,在规范医师处方行为的同时促进并推动临床药师工作的开展。结果 我院肠外营养类药物的医嘱规范性得到了显著提高。结论 事前审核结合事后点评的干预方法促进了肠外营养类药物的合理应用。

Objective To explore the significance of pharmaceutical intervention in the rational application and scientific management of parenteral nutrition drugs, we analyzed the intervention process. Methods The medical orders of parenteral nutrition drugs were intervened in our hospital by the combination of pre-checking and prescription comment. Results The standardization of parenteral nutrition use in our hospital was improved remarkably. Conclusion The intervention method of pre-checking and prescription comment has promoted the rational application of parenteral nutrition drugs.
