在实地调研情况的基础上,结合相关政策分析与组织理论的视角,主要从组织环境与组织主体两部分因素分析此差异。以非正式社会支持入手分析三个村庄组织环境差异,结合基层扶贫人员组织探究不同组织主体力量差异的影响。最终认为发挥组织主体自身的资源与决策力,结合外界的社会支持,更有利于发展符合自身的产业。

This paper analyzed the difference of the organizational environment and organizational subject based on the situation of field research combined with the perspective of relevant policy analysis and orga. nizational theory. It analyzed the environmental environment of the three villagesstarted with the informal social support, and the grassroots poverty alleviation personnel are combined to explore the influence of dif. ferences in the strengths of different organizations. In the end, it’s believed that the use of the resources and decision-making power of the organization's main bodyis more conducive to the development of indus. tries that are in line with its own, combined with the external social support.
