内蒙古国有林区民生问题探析

An Analysis of Livelihood Issues in the Bureau of Forest Industry in Inner Mongolia

国有林区为我国生态发展建设和森林资源培育的重要建设地区,其中内蒙古重点国有林区更是当前我国北方地区的重要生态屏障,是维护我国北方地区生态安全的重要基础设施,自建国以来,内蒙古森工集团为国家经济建设发展做出巨大贡献。将从历史演进和现实情况分析论述,以内蒙古重点国有林区森工六局为例,探析自2015年国有林区全面禁伐后内蒙古森工集团国有林区民生发展情况,同时结合科学发展观和经济学相关理论分析国有林区民生问题的价值取向和学理依据,通过对职工民生结构多元化落实情况的调研,探寻当前国有林区民生改革战略推行情况,指出民生问题改革与国有林区改革动力激发二者之间的关系与意义,并针对国有林区民生问题改革提出具体意见及建议。

This paper will analyze the development of the people's livelihood of the stateowned forest industry group in Inner Mongolia since the state-owned forest area was completely banned in 2015, and analyze the value orientation of the people's livelihood of the state-owned forest area combined with the scientific development concept and the related economic theories. Based on the investigation and Research on the implementation of the diversification of the livelihood structure of the workers, this paper explores the implementation of the livelihood reform strategy in the state-owned forest areas, points out the relationship and significance between the livelihood reform and the motivation of the reform in the stateowned forest areas, and puts forward specific suggestions and suggestions for the reform of the livelihood of the state-owned forest areas.
