我国金融监管体制改革后,中国人民银行调控宏观经济的重要性日益凸显,其独立性也受到更多关注。从国际视角来看,美联储、日本银行、中国人民银行,在人事、财务及政策独立性三个方面都有各自的特点,从对比和实践中发现我国央行独立性面临的问题,并借鉴国际经验结合我国实际情况,提出了人行独立性制度完善的建议。
