In recent years, China's population aging phenomenon is also very prominent, all of which have led to the continuous development of the health industry. The forest health care industry mainly focuses on tourism, leisure, vacation, health care, old-age care, medical care, etc., which is a breakthrough in the transformation and development of modern forestry industry. This paper took this as the object of analysis. Firstly, it introduced the development of forest health industry. Then it expounded the advantages of devel. oping forest health industry to promote the transformation of modern forestry industry. Finally, it discussed the development of forest health industry to promote the transformation of modern forestry industry, and it put forward some measures promoting the forest health industry further.
