山西国有林场发展现状及改革思路

Development Status and Effective Reform Ideas of State-owned Forest Farm in Shanxi Province

随着改革的不断深化,国有林场也面临着新的发展机遇。《国有林场改革方案》进一步促进了我国林业发展由木材生产向生态建设与环境修复的转变,山西省国有林场基于这一转变的改革,虽然取得了一定的成效,但是还存在着一些问题,在对这些国有林场现状研究的基础上,提出了几条有效的改革思路。

With the deepening of reform, state-owned forest farms are also facing new opportunities for de. velopment. The State-owned Forest Farm Reform Program has further promoted the transformation of for. estry development in China from timber production to ecological construction and environmental restora. tion. Although the reform of Shanxi State-owned Forest Farm has achieved some results based on this transformation, there are still some problems. This paper put forward several effective reform ideas based on the study of the present situation of these state-owned forest farms.
