Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of electro-needling Jiaji points combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation LDH. Methods:115 cases of LDH were randomly divided into the control group( n =57) and the study group( n =58).The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,on which basis, the study group was also treated with electro-needling Jiaji points. The improvements of social activity, pain and lumbar function and other related indexes were observed and compared before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results:The scores of VAS,ODI and JOA were significantly improved in the two groups after the treatment;of which the study group improved more significantly( P <0.01).The plasma levels of thromboxane B 2 was significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment;of which the study group was lower than the control group( P <0.01).The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were also significantly decreased in the two groups;of which the study group was lower than the control group( P <0.01 ). Conclusion:Electro-needling Jiaji points combined with rehabilitation training can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of LDH,it can regulate the level of inflammatory cytokines and thromboxane B 2,as well as improve the life quality and enhance the waist function, and the efficacy is superior to single rehabilitation training.
