Research Advances in Effect of Acupuncture on Pancreatic Beta-Cell

既往研究表明,2型糖尿病(T2DM)往往伴随胰岛β细胞功能进行性下降和细胞凋亡,因此,改善胰岛β细胞功能、保护细胞形态结构、维持细胞数目对治疗T2DM具有重要意义。针灸可通过保护胰岛β细胞形态、促进胰岛β细胞增殖、提高胰岛β细胞分泌功能、调控胰腺相关的神经-内分泌-免疫途径、抑制胰岛β细胞凋亡等多方面正向调节胰岛β细胞,治疗T2DM。

Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is often associated with pancreatic beta-cells progressive dysfunction and apoptosis.Therefore,it is essential to improve the function of pancreatic beta-cell,protect it's morphological structure and matain the number of the cells.Acupuncture treatment for T2DM positively regulates the pancreatic beta-cell through many ways,such as protecting its morphological structure,stimulating its proliferation,improving its secretory function,regulating pancreatic neuro-endorcrine-immune pathways and inhibiting its apoptosis.
