摘要
一般职业伦理范畴和职业道德内容并不足以有效规约和保障教育者从业活动。教师职业及其职业道德所具有的示范特征,决定了教师职业道德修养具有卓越化的内在规定性。在包括师生恋在内的与教师性道德修养有关的问题中,教师职业和职业道德的示范特征发挥引领卓越师表人格的导向作用。对待教师性道德修养问题尤其是师生恋现象,不应采取泛人性立场的过度宽容,教师个体应在自我性道德修养方面强化师德意识,契合师德修养卓越化导向。当下,规范文本和约束标准有待进一步明确,为教师性道德修养提供“严管厚爱”的制度保障。
The general occupational ethics and professional ethics are not enough to stipulate and protect educators' activities effectively.Combining the extension attribution and the exclusive connotation of teachers' professional ethics,it can be found that the exemplary characteristics of teacher's profession determined the inherent excellence requirement of the teacher's morality.Among the problems related to teacher's sexual morality such as teacher-student affair,the exemplary characteristics of teacher-profession play the guiding role in leading teacher's personality to be outstanding.The phenomenon of teacher-student affair should not be accepted with radical tolerance.Teachers should move forward to excellence during cultivating professional morality,while regulations and restrictions should be established as soon as possible.
