立德树人新形势下高校辅导员工作的现代转型——基于对《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》的分析与思考

The Modern Transformation of College Counselors’ Work under the Intellectual and Moral Cultivation in the New Era

2017年9月,教育部公布新修订的《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》,对辅导员的定位和职责作出了全新要求。全国高校思想政治工作会议强调要把立德树人作为高校工作的中心环节,并贯穿高校人才培养全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人和协同育人。党的十九大提出要牢牢把握意识形态工作领导权。新形势下,辅导员工作应实现“四个现代转型”:由服务者向引领者转型,强化政治引领;由事务管理型向“全科”专家型转型,促进全面发展;由“单打独斗”向协同育人转型,形成教育合力;由经验型向创新型转型,加强实践创新。

In September 2017,the Ministry of Education revised the "Regulations on the Construction of College Counselors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities",which made new requirements on the orientation and responsibilities of counselors,marking that the responsibilities of counselors' work in colleges and universities have entered a new historical stage.The national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities stressed that "moral cultivation" should be taken as the central link in the work of colleges and universities,and should run through the whole process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,so as to realize the whole process,all-round and collaborative education.Under the new situation,the work of counselors should realize "four modern transformations":1) change from a servant to a leader,reinforcing political guidance;2) change from the business management style to the "general" expert style,promoting the comprehensive development;3) change from "single fight" to collaborative education,forming educational synergy;4) change from experience-based type to innovative type,strengthening practical innovation.
