摘要
以鸟类为宿主,库蚊为媒介,建立了西尼罗河病毒在蚊鸟种群中的传播动力学模型,模型考虑了西尼罗河病毒在鸟与鸟之间的传播对西尼罗河热疾病传播的影响.计算了基本再生数R0,证明了当R0≤1时,无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;当R0>1时,正平衡点是全局渐近稳定的.数值模拟结果显示,鸟鸟传播对西尼罗河病毒传播有一定的影响.
In this paper,a West Nile virus transmission dynamics model with bird to bird transmission of virus is formulated,here birds are reservoir hosts and culicine mosquitoes are vectors.The effect of bird to bird transmission of virus on the West Nile Virus transmission is considered.The basic reproduction number R 0 is derived.The result shows that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if R 0≤1 while if R 0>1 then there is a positive equilibrium which is globally asymptotically stable.The numerical simulation results show that bird to bird transmission has certain influence on the transmission of West Nile virus.
