GET技术应用中农家肥与水稻秸秆混合发酵对土壤肥力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了引进和推广GET(Methane gas as renewable energy at rice fields tian)技术,并有效改善土壤肥力,开展了基于GET技术的农家肥和水稻秸秆混合厌氧发酵,生产生物甲烷的田间试验。通过对利用和未利用该技术的土壤全氮、全磷、有机质含量的测定,探讨了试验过程中农家肥类型(猪粪和牛粪)、水稻秸秆施用量2个试验因子及其交互作用对土壤肥力的影响。试验结果表明,农家肥类型、水稻秸秆施用量及其交互作用均对土壤肥力产生了一定影响。农家肥类型对土壤有机质含量有极显著影响,其中,以猪粪+水稻秸秆处理对土壤有机质含量的促进效果较好,其土壤有机质含量比牛粪+水稻秸秆、水稻秸秆处理分别提高7.67%、29.86%,水稻秸秆处理土壤全氮、全磷含量相比对照分别增加35.72%、 59.97%。水稻秸秆施用量对土壤有机质、全磷含量分别有极显著、显著影响,不同施用量的水稻秸秆使土壤全氮、全磷、有机质含量最高分别增加24.70%、71.12%、156.15%,但水稻秸秆施用量超过100 kg/垄以后,土壤有机质含量的增加不再显著。2种农家肥+水稻秸秆配比中,均以农家肥∶水稻秸秆(质量比)=120∶125对土壤的增肥效果较好。 In order to introduce and promote the GET(Methane gas as renewable energy at rice fields tian) technology and effectively increase soil fertility,the field experiment based on the GET technology by using mixed livestock manure and rice straw was carried out for anaerobic fermentation to produce methane.Through measuring the total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content,organic matter content of the soil after using and not using the technology,the effects of the livestock manure types (pig manure and cow dung),rice straw application quantity and the interaction between the two experimental factors on soil fertility were discussed.The results showed that the types of livestock manure,rice straw application quantity and their interactions all had impact on soil fertility.The types of livestock manure had an extremely significant impact on the content of soil organic matter,of which the pig manure+rice straw had better effect on the increasement of soil organic matter content.The content of soil organic matter was 7.67% higher than that of the cow dung+rice straw and29.86% higher than that of rice straw alone .The soil total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content increased by 35.72%,59.97% compared to CK respectively,when using rice straw alone.Rice straw application quantity had an extremely significant and significant impact on soil organic matter content and total phosphorus content respectively,the different rice straw application quantity could increase total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content,organic matter content of soil up to24.70%,71.12%,156.15% respectively,but the increasement of soil organic matter content was no longer significant after rice straw application quantity per row exceeded100 kg.In the two kinds of livestock manure and rice straw combinations,the effect of soil fertilization was better when livestock manure∶ rice straw (mass ratio)at120∶125.
